In each box, there are large overhead industrial doors with a pedestrian door and automation. Also, there is an upper window strip in each box."
Readiness for solar panels
It is possible to install solar panels within the roof area of each box.
Good location
The boxes are located only 3 km from the border of Tallinn, in the rapidly developing village of Loo. Nearby are Viimsi, Iru, Lagedi, Soodevahe, Muuga, and Maardu.
Accessible 24/7
The boxes can be accessed at any time. The gates can be opened both remotely and by phone.
Private and safe
The property is located on a dead-end street and surrounded by a fence. The building is designed with a closed inner courtyard and equipped with surveillance cameras.
